Speedball Underglazes can be used to create designs and patterns that will come through the glaze covering them, allowing for more visual depth and character. Although they are often used under clear glazes, they can also be used under other generally light-colored, transparent glazes.

In the Studio

Speedball Underglazes can be applied to greenware and bisqueware. For best results, apply 3 liberal coats and use with Speedball Earthenware or Stoneware Clear Glaze.
